A reader just told us about the release date of Canon’s Holy Trinity of RF lenses, according to a Canon rep, the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM lens and RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM lens will be released in October, 2019. And the RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM lens will be released in December, 2019.
After the Canon released EOS R and EOS RP, next EOS R mirrorless body could be a high megapixel EOS RS body. The official announcement of EOS RS could be in late 2019 to early 2020. And Canon is also planning to announce a new pro level EOS R body next year, the release date is expected ahead of Tokyo 2020 Olympics Games.
