Canon has just announced a new firmware update for new released Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III (Adorama/B&H Photo Video/Amazon) compact camera. The new firmware will improve video autofocus speed, accuracy and subject detection performance for PowerShot G7 X Mark III. The new firmware is expected to released at the end of October, 2019.

According to a report from Japan’s primary newspaper Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, Canon is expected to release an EOS-1D X Mark III equivalent EOS R Pro full frame mirrorless camera in 2021. Nikkan Kogyo Shimbum also said that prototype of EOS R Pro is already completed.
The new announced Canon Cinema EOS C500 Mark II now available for pre-order at B&H Photo Video/Adorama. The US price for C500 Mark II is $15,999.00, release date in December 2019.
