Canon recently has announced the EOS 90D (B&H/Adorama/Amazon/Canon Store), to replace both EOS 80D and EOS 7D Mark II, so there will be no Canon EOS 7D Mark III again. The real EOS 7D Mark II successor could be an RF-mount mirrorless camera. Announcement expected in 2020 to 2021. Stay tuned.
